TERMS & CONDITIONS You are purchasing access for one (1) person to Unstick Your Mind (referred to below as the “Unstick Your Mind ,” the “Product,” “Service,” or the “Experience”) from Mimika Media LLC (the “Company,” “Empower”, “we,” or “us”). You must be at least 13 years of age or older to purchase access to Unstick Your Mind . Children under the age of majority should review this Agreement with their parent or legal guardian. By purchasing access to Unstick Your Mind , you agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”) following legal terms and conditions that govern your use of the Unstick Your Mind and that form a legal agreement between you and the Company. Each student must create their own individual account as sharing login info with a non-student is strictly prohibited.
